Student struggles with character recognition and has very low interest / motivation in the language. Need a tutor who can engage the student using interactive methods (e.g, educational games, storytelling, or relating Chinese to his interests). The goal is to build his confidence and basic vocabulary before diving into heavy P4 composition or comprehension drills. Since the student’s foundation is low, the tutor should be able to explain complex concepts in English where necessary to ensure he actually understands the lesson.
